Dr. Regina Gurevich

I’m a mom of two, pediatric dentist, and certified lactation counselor in NYC.

I was born in the former Soviet Union and immigrated to NYC as an infant, and have been here ever since. In fact, I even stayed in NYC to complete 10 years at New York University which ultimately got me a Bachelors degree, Doctorate degree, and 2 years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry.

After completing residency, I dedicated myself to learning more about breastfeeding and tethered oral tissues and ties. I became a certified lactation counselor with extensive training regarding tongue and lip ties including completion of the Tongue-Tied Academy coursework by Dr. Richard Baxter. As one of the few practitioners dual trained in dentistry and lactation, I am eager to serve the needs of infants and help mothers fulfill their breastfeeding desires.

During the COVID pandemic, I have dedicated myself to empowering and helping new mothers from the comforts of their homes. Everyone deserves a chance to fulfill and achieve their goals as new parents and I strive to share my knowledge and expertise. In my spare time, I enjoy trying out new recipes and spending time with my family.
