I wear many hats; I am a corporate director for a Fortune 1000 company. I am also a freelance writer, as well as a consultant for executives in many fields. It was during my leadership roles 10 years ago, where my journey for talent development started. I became a Certified Gallup Career Coach years later and have led high-performing and innovative teams ever since.
