Hi, I’m Vanessa Jupe,
Founder & CEO of Leva, Innovator in Maternal Wellness
Welcome to Leva!
I’m thrilled you’re here. I founded Leva to create real solutions for parents navigating the complexities of modern work and life. As a mom and former corporate leader, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to thrive in both roles. From the trials of breastfeeding to balancing a high-powered career, I know the struggle—and the joy—of finding your rhythm.
At Leva, we’re redefining what it means to support working families through personalized care, cutting-edge technology, and human connection.
My Story
My journey to Leva was shaped by over two decades in internet technology, where I led teams to launch innovative digital products, improve customer satisfaction, and drive meaningful growth. Whether at startups or household names like H&R Block and USAA, my leadership centered on blending strategy, empathy, and execution to create impact.
I’m passionate about building inclusive teams, empowering individuals, and leveraging human-centered design and data-driven insights to solve complex challenges. These principles guide not only my work but also my life.
What Drives Me
My core values, continuous learning, family, and freedom, are at the heart of everything I do. They inspire me to:
Support parents and caregivers in finding balance and fulfillment.
Build systems that enable personal and professional growth.
Advocate for innovation and equity in workplaces.
Who I Am
Outside of work, I’m the proud mom of a curious and energetic 7-year-old, Roosevelt, and the wife of my amazing husband, Justin Sachtleben. I love exploring the outdoors, setting big goals, and creating space for mindfulness and reflection.
I hold a BBA in Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word, an MS in Technology Commercialization from UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and a certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
